Winter Park Ski Area, Rocky Mountain National Park, Hot Sulphur Springs, Lake Granby, Arapaho National Forest are all within a 30 minute drive. Come explore all that Grand County has to offer from this comfortable and well appointed 2 bedroom, 3 bath condominium that sleeps 6 in 1,360 square feet. In the summer, SolVista becomes a hiking and mountain biking destination along with golfing at the nearby Headwaters and Grand Elk Golf Courses. Other summer activities in the area are fishing, boating, wildlife viewing and in the winter you can fill your days with skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, sleigh rides and tubing! Mountainside Unit 8 Specifics: 2 Bedroom, 3 bath condominium with over 1,360 square feet of living space! Queen Bed in each bedroom; one bedroom located in the lower level, the 2nd bedroom located upstairs with its own bathroom. Queen Murphy Bed in the living area brings the sleeping accommodations to 6 people. Additional sleeping accomodations for 2 can be added by using the inflatable mattress bringing the occupancy to 8. Full kitchen, gas fireplace, private balcony, washer and dryer, free wireless internet and a six person private hot tub in the condo round out the many amenities of this spacious and well appointed unit.
