Welcome to The Mountainside at SilverCreek Timeshare web page.  Whether you are an owner at Mountainside or are coming in through RCI or any other trading company, we welcome you to a property conveniently situated next to the SolVista Ski Basin, Headwaters Golf Course and many other recreational activities.

The Mountainside is located "in the middle of it all" in Grand County, Colorado at an elevation of 8,200 feet.  In addition to the close proximity of the SolVista Ski Basin and Headwater's Golf Course other winter activities include skiing at Winter Park, located about 25 minutes away, sleigh rides, snow shoeing, and cross country skiing.  Spring and summer activities include fishing, hiking, white water rafting, boating on Lake Granby, as well as swimming, tennis an basketball at the resort.  The resort is within a 10 minute drive to Grand Elk and Pole Creek golf courses and within 30 a minute drive to Rocky Mountain National Park, Grand Lake, Hot Sulphur Springs, Arapaho National Recreation Area and much more!  The  Mountainside has no elevators and steps are required to access all units.  Personal transportation is also encouraged.

The units are fully equipped with sheets, towels, hairdryers, an iron and roning board, VCR and DVD player in the living room.  Laundry facilities are available throughout the property.

All units have free high speed internet and cables are provided in the units. 

The Timeshare Association has undertaken a multi-year remodeling project for the timeshare units resulting in beautiful units with new flooring, paint, kitchen cabinets, doors, trim and furnishings!  As of June 2010, all the one bedroom units have been remodeled and work continues with the two bedroom and two bedroom loft units.  The resort will do its best to accomodate requests from guests to stay in an upgraded unit but cannot guarantee it until the project is completed.  For further information, please contact the resort at 800-325-0798.

The sizes of the units are as follows:

One bedroom = 960 sq. feet. Occupancy: Max 5/Privacy 4; have 1 ¾ baths, 1 queen bed, 1 queen sofa sleeper and 1 twin sleeper.

One bedroom with Loft = 1,360 sq. feet. Occupancy: Max 9/Privacy 6; have 2 ¾ baths, 1 queen bed, 2 double beds in loft, and two sleeper sofas.

Two bedroom = 1,150 sq. feet. Occupancy: Max 7/Privacy 6; have 1 ¾ baths, 2 queen beds, and two sleeper sofas.

Two bedroom with Loft = 1,560 sq. feet. Occupancy: Max 11/Privacy 8; have 2 ¾ baths, 2 queen beds, 2 double beds in loft, and 2 sleeper sofas.

Mountainside Timeshare guests receive the following housekeeping services:

A complimentary towel replacement and emptying of trash on Tuesday is provided upon request.  A mid-week clean would be provided on Thursday if the stay is for two full weeks. A mid-week clean includes changing sheets, towels, vacuuming all carpets, replacing amenities, and emptying trash.

Most Mountainside Timeshare units have an in-unit 6 person hot tub. The hot tubs are drained and filled after every Timeshare guest departure on Saturdays. Please be aware that upon arrival on a Saturday, the hot tub may
not yet have reached its optimal temperature of 104 degrees and may not do so until Sunday morning. Please take care of the hot tub as additional charges may be assessed if the tub is damaged or abused.
