The Bear's Den Lodge is a three story, 2800 square foot home with accommodations for 10. There are four bedrooms, a recreation room and three and a half baths. The upper level has two Master Bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The lowest level has two bedrooms and a recreation room which is great for the kids. There is also a hot tub with privacy fencing. The middle level has a large open kitchen with a center island and dining area for 10 with spectacular views.

Every room in the Bear's Den Lodge is equipped with cable TV and a DVD player. The recreation room has both a PlayStation and an XBox, so all you need to bring are your favorite games, CDs and DVDs. The recreation room also has a foosball table and a gaming table that can be used for bumper pool or card games.

Other features of this house include a large deck with unobstructed views, a gas grill, radiant heat throughout the house including the two car garage and brand new furniture.

The Bear's Den Lodge is just minutes away from Sol Vista Ski Basin, Headwaters Golf Course, the Grand Elk golf course, four miles of private fishing access on the Fraser River, a grocery store, and several restaurants.

Other attractions within a 30 minute drive are Winter Park, featuring shopping, dining, skiing, hiking, and mountain biking; Rocky Mountain National Park, the Colorado River, the town of Grand Lake, the Grand Lake Golf Course, and the Pole Creek Golf Course.

A security/damage deposit of $700 is required to be authorized at check-in to guard against any damage done to the private home during your occupancy. The deposit is to be taken by credit card authorization only. The party leader agrees to accept full liability for all loss or damage caused by any member of their party, during the occupation of the home and confirms FULL cost of repair or replacement will be met.
